I built full-stack features for the SAPinsider and ERP Today news platforms across PHP/WordPress and JavaScript, created a live events platform that unified CRM, CMS, and web publishing for the Events team, and automated data syncs with third-party services.

I designed and built features for the Market Leader CRM and the real estate marketing sites agents use nationwide, and helped migrate the CRM from PHP to Angular and .NET services for better maintainability and performance.

I led the team integrating the E2Open Harmony front-end framework, owned all new client-facing features for the Averetek QuickStart ASP.NET app, and built the REST APIs behind its email template manager and mass-email integrations.

On a small team building a case management platform, I designed a custom localization system that let client admins change app text without engineering help, integrating Westwind Globalization and ANTLR to localize templated content.

I built the Real Time Editor from scratch, a WYSIWYG email template editor used daily by tens of thousands of people, designed hundreds of email and landing page templates, and served as the team's front-end authority setting standards across projects.

As a volunteer, I built and maintained SeattleRetro.org with ASP.NET and MSSQL, and helped the coordination team plan and run the annual expo.

I directed a team of game design students building a game in Unreal Engine 3, teaching Scrum fundamentals and leading the project's design and management.

I developed payment-processing websites on the .NET platform with C#, MSSQL, and JavaScript, managed our internal server infrastructure, and built automation tools for document scanning and imaging.
